Butt & Mughal Traders had been founded since 1st February 2016 at Lahore to provide a competitive edge of efficient retail coverage of supplies of medicines to achieve our principals’ qualitative and quantitative objectives of their valuable products’ sales at Lahore and in its peripheries.
We are supplying Quality lifesaving drugs of RG Pharmaceutica (Pvt.) Ltd. (www.rgp.com.pk) to the licensed Medical Stores, Chain Pharmacies, Drug whole-sellers, and Hospitals by strictly complying with the guidelines of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan in the specific area of jurisdiction approved by our esteem Principals.
We operate with an experienced, organized, initiative-taking, and a well-knitted team of bookers and suppliers under the supervision of vigilant Qualified Person, Sales Manager, Supply Chain and Human Resource Managers for intensive on the job coaching and training. Our professional team includes:
- Eight orders’ collectors using smart order-booking App to deliver orders online to facilitate the Invoicer to invoice well in time to start supplies as early as possible under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
- Eight deliverymen for execution of scheduled supplies under the supervision of Supply Chain Manager as per advance booking once-a-week at Lahore and outstations i.e., Sheikhupura, Farroqabad, Nanana, Manawala, Kasur, Khudian. Shahdrah, Muridke, Thoker, Chung, Manga Manadi, Sunder, Raiwind, Kot Radha Krishan, Sharqpur, MoreKhundah and Bucheki etc.
- Butt & Mughal Traders’ always keep 2-3 extra deliverymen as part of contingency plan in case of availing instant leave by any booker/supplier to ensure scheduled supplies intact. Moreover, keep them alert for the urgent or evening orders received telephonically or booked by the representatives of our principals during the daily fieldwork.
- Butt & Mughal Traders’ always design well-thought monthly work plan to assure that no supply should be missed due to any National Holiday by walking extra mile to supply one day earlier or managing double supplies very next day of the Holiday to facilitate RGP local field force to meet their target and ultimately lucrative incentives, if any.
- We have designed a special evening coverage plan to ensure evening supplies for the doctors who open their clinics in the evening only and follow the same approach for the evening pharmacies as well.

Butt & Mughal Traders’ team has been trained and given well-thought plan to make the drugs supplies operation efficient. We operate with four air-conditioned supply vans driven by experienced drivers and accompanied by a supply man to execute the orders & supplies plan following cold supply chain best practice.
In our warehouse alternate air conditioners for <25 centigrade and five chillers for lower temperature as per drugs labels remains operational 24 hour a day with backup of generator to ensure quality.
We provide conducive working environment for our employees and offer them monthly and annual incentives to ignite motivational spark and sense of ownership towards their area of responsibilities which increases enthusiasm, productivity and desire outcome.
We distribute annual certificates of merit and cash incentives to the winners in a formal dinner at the best place to enjoy their feeling of accomplishments by inviting local field force of the principals as well to recognize our team good work as well once a year. Nevertheless, they meet in the monthly meetings throughout the year to find execution gaps in booking and supplies. Both teams mutually developed appropriate action plans to fill the gaps for better future performance.
